East Kalimantan Police chief Ulin Tree Planting Peace
TARAKAN Borneo - The arrival of East Kalimantan Police chief, Inspector General of Police Mathius Salempang on Thursday (10/21/2010) in the city of Tarakan in addition to attending the ceremony withdrawal Brimob Police Headquarters also plant trees for peace. Matthew said, planting trees is a continuation of the planting of trees that have been done some time ago at the Monument 99.
"This is a continuation of yesterday's tree-planting. We hope that this peace tree, like human life will flourish when watered, so that signifies peace in the town of Tarakan always stay awake," he said.
Matthew adds, is also planted trees as a symbol of strong and has a meaning, namely the problems that had happened should never happen again. "We are planting this tree means that the problem is over, so let us keep the peace in the town of Tarakan," he said. (*)
